Your role

We are looking for an account manager who wants to further develop their expertise within a professional and entrepreneurial environment. In this role, you will be responsible for your own client portfolio and will work closely with experienced colleagues and partners. You will combine technical knowledge with a client-focused approach, thereby contributing to the delivery of high-quality services to entrepreneurs and businesses.

As an account manager, you will be responsible for independently managing and monitoring a portfolio of client accounts. You will ensure accurate bookkeeping and serve as a key point of contact for entrepreneurs.

In practice, this means:

  • Processing accounting documents such as purchase invoices, sales invoices, bank statements, and VISA statements
  • Monitoring files on an ongoing basis and keeping track of deadlines
  • Preparing and filing VAT returns, IC returns, and listings
  • Preparing corporate income tax and personal income tax returns
  • Preparing interim financial statements and financial reports
  • Preparing minutes of the general meeting
  • Conducting meetings with clients and assisting them with financial and tax-related questions
  • Actively collaborating with clients and providing advice where necessary

We use modern digital tools such as Adsolut, Clearfacts, Silverfin, and Accounton, which allow for efficient case management and create more time for analysis and advice.

What we expect from you

    • You have at least 5 years of experience in accountancy
    • A degree in Accounting and Taxation or equivalent experience
    • A solid understanding of accounting and taxation
    • An analytical and meticulous approach to work
    • Strong communication skills and a customer-focused mindset
    • The motivation to continue your professional development and keep your knowledge up to date
    • A proactive attitude and a sense of responsibility
