How many vacation days do we get?
We only know that for sure at the beginning of each year. Because at Mercken, you get every bridge day as a gift from us.
What is the application process?
Once you’ve applied, we will get in touch within a few days. You’ll be invited for an introductory interview with someone from HR and one of our partners. In some cases, a second interview or a practical assignment may follow.
What is the size of the team?
We work in small, close-knit teams of accountants, account managers, and support staff.
What flexibility do you offer regarding working hours or working from home?
Yes, we offer flexible working options: partly in the office and partly from home, depending on the role.
