For Jodie, no two days are the same. Her schedule is shaped by the deadlines of the moment: from VAT returns to year-end closings and personal income tax returns. It is precisely this variety and the close contact with her clients that she enjoys most about her job. Her secret? Always staying calm and maintaining control, no matter how full the agenda becomes.

Listening comes first

What Jodie is most proud of is being a reliable point of contact for her clients. She strives to answer every question as thoroughly as possible and to genuinely help clients move forward. “Hearing that clients are satisfied — that’s what gives me the most fulfilment,” she says.

A family atmosphere and balance

This human approach helps create a healthy work–life balance. After a productive week, Jodie enjoys slowing down and relaxing: watching a movie at home, enjoying a nice dinner, or spending time with friends.
